Edzésleírás
Kíváncsi voltam egy hosszú versenyre, 60 km pont jónak tűnt, sok résztvevővel.
Sajnos tele volt a hasam, nem tudtam könyökölni, de a tervezett 270+ W ment könnyen.
Elején egy 6 fős csoporttal rángattuk egymást, de leszakadtak. A végén értem utol pár srácot, de azokból meg 2 lesprintelt. Végül 11. hely asszem, 291W
Ezzel ment volna sok km, jó lesz féltávra a 145ös pulzus, remélhetőleg 300 W körül már nyáron, talán 36 fölötti átlag tempó...
